The CRY Philips Test My Heart Tour 09 is the first free tour of its kind in England and has been made possible by charity CRY, health and well-being company Philips, through the fundraising efforts of families whose lives have been affected by Sudden Death Syndrome (SDS) or Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD), and the Gwyneth Forrester Trust. New Clinical Research Organization Established In West Palm Beach, Florida

Executive vice president is pharmaceutical industry veteran Arthur Simon, Ph.D. Though new in name, Palm Beach CRO - a clinical research organization recently formed in West Palm Beach, Florida - is headed by a veteran pharmacologist and clinical research executive: Arthur Simon, Ph.D. Palm Beach CRO is an outgrowth of Palm Beach Research Center, a contract clinical research facility that has conducted more than 500 clinical trials in its 15-year history and has worked with more than 110 pharmaceutical companies. Palm Beach CRO was created in December of 2008, and Dr. Simon named as executive vice president, to offer pharmaceutical companies and their executives a new option for outsourcing the overall management and supervision of clinical trials, including multi-center trials.
